- I have been working since 2001 with a couple of ERP systems. 2005 I was in the team implementing MS Dynamics AX for the biggest sports retailer in Austria, our database being Oracle 9i. Parallel to the ERP implementation I set up a datamart for reporting. 2008 we migrated to AX 4.0 and Oracle 10g and since then we are encountering serious performance issues on the ERP system. After trying a couple of different approaches (including different service providers) I finally decided to investigate the issues by myself...
